※ In what sense, if any, do rights exist? Can rights form the basis of morality and a system of social justice? If not what does a system of rights add to morality and a system of social justice? Why not bypass rights and look straight to the justificatory foundation or bases of rights to answer our questions about what, morally we should do, or what the just answers to social or political conflict are?
