	오늘날 현대 마르크스주의철학은 인간을 ‘사유하는 동물’로만 바라보는 주체철학을 해체하듯이, 인간을 ‘노동하는 동물’로만 바라보는 주체철학도 해체한다. 이들 모두는 거대주체를 탄생시킴으로써 중심과 주변을 가르는 폭력을 일삼아 왔다. 따라서 현대 마르크스주의 철학은 의식학으로부터도 벗어나고자 하지만, 또한 동시에 노동경제학으로부터도 벗어나고자 한다. 바로 여기에서 인간이 사유에도 노동에도 노예가 되지 않는 제삼의 철학, 이른바 몸의 철학, 욕망의 철학, 생명의 철학이 탄생한다. 이 철학은 이원론 안에 담겨 있는 모든 억압과 구속의 공식을 거부한다. 몸은 천상과 지상, 정신(사유)과 육체(노동), 이성과 상상력, 실재와 이미지, 본질과 생성, 의식과 무의식, 보편과 개체로 가르는 그 어떤 공식도 허용하지 않으며, 안과 바깥, 위와 아래를 가르는 우열을 거부한다. 그러므로 이성 역시 몸 안에 거주하여야 한다. 따라서 이 철학은 의식과 대상이 시간으로 매개되는 ‘사건’의 철학이어야 하며, 과거의 원형과 미래의 목적에 지금의 몸과 사건을 가두는 것을 거부하는 ‘생성’의 철학이어야 한다. 결국 이 철학은 의식과 자본의 감방에서 도주하여 표류하고 유목하며, 자신의 독특성을 가두는 제국에 저항하는 가난한 다중들의 해체의 철학이자 혁명의 철학이어야 한다. 바로 여기에 포스트구조주의와 마르크스의 새로운 만남, 스피노자와 마르크스의 새로운 만남이 자리하고 있다.

	Contemporary Marxism deconstruct the earlier “Subject- Philosophy” which looked upon human being as either ‘homo sapiens’ or ‘animal laborans’. That philosophy has committed violence with producing the huge Subjective. Hence contemporary Marxism will escape from ‘consciousness science’ (Bewußtseinsphilosophie) and labor economics. And here came into being the third philosophy which is not subjected to thinking and labor, namely the philosophy of body, life, and desire(passions). This philosophy rejects the formula of suppressing and binding which is placed in dualism. Body does not permit the formula which separates this world from that world, thinking from labor, reason from imagination, reality from image, essence from becoming, consciousness from unconsciousness, and universal from individual. This body rejects the formula of superiority and inferiority which divides inner place and outer place, high place and low place. Therefore reason, too, resides in this body. This body philosophy should be the ‘event’ philosophy, ‘becoming’ philosophy. In the end this philosophy must escape from consciousness and capital, and then drift, nomadize endlessly. And so this must be the philosophy which poor multitude raise a revolution against the empire suppressing the singularity of individuals. And here post- structuralism meets Marx, Spinoza does Marx newly.
