passage: 악절[樂節]

Music A segment of a composition, especially one that demonstrates the virtuousity of the composer or performer

두 개의 악구(樂句)로 이루어져 하나의 악상(樂想)을 나타내는 단위. 대개 여덟 소절이 한 악절을 이룬다.

phrase: 악구[樂句]

Music. A short passage or segment, often consisting of four measures or forming part of a larger unit.

음악 주제가 비교적 완성된 두 소절에서 네 소절 정도까지의 구분.
